Alain Oberrotman agile and collaborative leader with a proven track record as a change agent, coach and mentor driving scalable growth and building a high performance team. I bring operational expertise across strategic and financial planning, business development, change management, and process improvement. I have 30+ years' experience delivering results in management & venture/private equity positions.

I have served as an observer/director on 15+ Boards of Directors for firms ranging in size from start-up to $1+ billion sales, public & private including appointment in a proxy fight.

Previous positions include Operating Principal responsible for due diligence, creating exits & restructuring of portfolio companies for Hambro International Equity Partners (growth capital) & Odyssey Partners, L.P. (hedge fund). In addition, I was Firm Controller for McKinsey & Co, Operations Controller of the Powers Div. ($100 mil. rev.) of NYSE Mark Controls Corp. and consulted for Deloitte. I’ve supported startups by helping establish scalable processes, implement best practices, raise capital, and navigate periods of crisis.

Also, I served as a Director & President of the NYC chapter of Financial Executives International: Adjunct professor at NYU's Graduate School of Business.
