Grace Kang

Head of Investment Operations Boston Partners

Ms. Kang is the Head of Investment Operations at Boston Partners and leads the Data Management, Performance, and Portfolio Operations teams to support Trading, Portfolio Management, Compliance, Relationship Management, and Clients.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Kang was a Vice President of Product Services and a Vice President of the Operations Strategy, responsible for managing projects at the TCW Group, Inc. Before that, she was a client implementation business analyst at SS&C Technologies. She also held various investment operations roles at State Street Global Advisors and Loomis, Sayles & Company. Ms. Kang currently serves as a Second Vice Chair and a Board of Director at ISITC, the industry trade group focused on developing standards and best practices in financial services operations.

Ms. Kang holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston Conservatory at Berklee, a master’s degree from Boston University, and a M.B.A. degree from Northeastern University with a concentration of international business management. She has also completed the Global Executive Leadership Program at Yale School of Management.
