Uday Bolusani

Uday Kiran Bolusani is an accomplished investment operations leader who has worked at large investment banks, insurance companies, and asset managers. He has extensive experience building new service models, especially with a focus on regulation and pre-trade enablement to ensure new product launches can go to market with  sustainable post trade operating model.    He is also an openly autistic leader who is committed to helping Neurodivergent individuals in the world thrive. He uses his extensive experience and educational background to help unravel the strong leadership skills that are often entangled with behaviors that are Neuro-majority preferences. By helping identify universal skills in contrast to neuro-majority defined behaviors, Uday will evolve leadership in a way that will elevate Neurodivergent brains to senior leader roles and board representation in his lifetime.
